Kcard 90 Fulfillment Systems Kern’s card fulfillment platform combines the affixing (tipping) process and the inserting process to provide the highest level of security and mailpiece integrity. The K90 is the only card system on the market that utilizes robotic technology for dynamic, 360° card placement. The K90 system has a cycle speed of up to 7,000 cards per hour and can place up to 8 cards on an 8.5" x 11" carrier. The modular K90 system is configured to your specific application requirements and can be expanded for future demands. Additional capailities for print-on-demand carriers and multiple card feeders allow card producers to produce higher volumes of unique pieces. Ideal for prepaid and credit card applications that require the highest level of security to ensure that the right card is delivered to the right person.
